Michaela Novotna - Nursery Manager
Michaela started working at Blue House Day Nursery in August 2009. Michaela has been working for Casterbridge Nurseries Ltd, since 2006 where she has undertaken various roles including Room Manager, Junior Deputy and Deputy Manager. Michaela moved over from our Kingston nursery to progress her career as Nursery Manager.
Michaela completed her NVQ level 3 in Childcare in 2006 and has progressed on to complete her Foundation Degree in Early Years, which she aims will be finished in May 2010. The element of her new role that Michaela enjoys is to see the progress of the individual children, meeting new parents and developing relationships with existing parents, children and her team.

Jennifer Ghasemalikhosravi - Acting Deputy Manager
Jenifer has been working at Blue House Day Nursery since August 2009. Jennifer has undertaken various roles including Room Manager. She has been promoted to her current role in July 2010.
Jennifer gained her NVQ Level 3 in July 2004. She is also the Equal Opportunity Co ordinator and Fire warden for our nursery.
