Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Blue House, when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 8.4 out of 10. To summarise the findings, parents said they love the environment (93% agree), our staff are competent and caring (92% agree), the resources are of high quality (83% agree),and our food is healthy and nutritious (85%). Overall 83% of parents were satisfied with the nursery. Parents said they would like more verbal feedback and some parents of older children want more information on their child’s educational progress, we are committed to improving these areas.
